Kenley Massage & Wellness is a massage therapy and nervous-system-focused wellness practice in Centralia, Washington, proudly serving clients throughout Lewis County. Our work is rooted in the understanding that true healing occurs when the body, nervous system, and mind are supported together.

Founded by Rebecca Thompson, LMT, Kenley Massage & Wellness offers personalized, trauma-informed care through clinical massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, somatic sports massage, and vibroacoustic therapy. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to address pain, stress, injury recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Clinical Massage Therapy

Focused on pain relief, injury rehabilitation, and improved mobility, using evidence-informed techniques such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, light-touch approach that supports nervous system regulation, stress relief, and the body's natural healing rhythms.

Somatic Sports Massage

Designed for athletes and active individuals, blending therapeutic bodywork with movement awareness to support performance, recovery, and resilience.

Vibroacoustic Therapy

Uses low-frequency sound vibrations and therapeutic music to promote deep relaxation, improve nervous system regulation, and support recovery from stress, chronic tension, and overwhelm. This modality can be experienced on its own or integrated into massage and craniosacral sessions for enhanced therapeutic benefit.
